Dean Butler | My Story

Hi, my name is Dean. I am a 33 year old Father to 2 beautiful boys, I have a Blue Staffie called Caesar and I love everything to do with lifting weights! I first walked into a gym when I was around 14/15 years old and as cliché as it sounds I fell in love with the place. Over the years I have played competitive sports in Basketball, Rugby and American Football. I have competed in 2 Bodybuilding Competitions, 1 Powerlifting Competition and 2 Strongman Competitions.I love to compete, whether that be against other people or against my own perception of my limitations and that's exactly how I can help you to. Whether you have a goal to compete in a Strength based sport, or just to become the best version of yourself then I want to help you make that dream a reality!
